Candidate for Mayor of Puno says Abimael Guzman committed crimes
The candidate for Mayor of Puno, Abraham Cauna Toma, made some incredible statements by claiming that the founder of the terrorist group Shining Path, Abimael Guzman, is a "genius" and even went on to say that "not committed crimes against humanity" why drain life imprisonment.
